Troy has worked for the Federal Government for 37 years, first as an engineer/project manager, and then in management, hiring over 100 people over the past 20 years. Since 2018, he has led a mid-career development program, a summer internship program for college students and led focus groups to develop solutions to mid-career challenges. He is currently pursuing coaching certifications in Clifton Strengths and as a Professional Retirement Coach
